Michael’s been a specialist in retail design, graphic design, and communications since graduating from Norwich School of Art in 1985. He works with clients to define the customer experience and retail design strategy, then leads his teams to deliver successful brand environments, communications, and digital solutions from concept through to final production and implementation.

Before co-founding M Worldwide in 2001, Michael worked in major London consultancies including Fitch, The Design Solution and Retail Planning Associates, where clients included the Natural History Museum London, English Heritage, BAA (Terminal 4), Halifax, Tesco, and six National Sports Centres.
