With a high footfall of discerning tourists and local residents, this new Lloyds Bank branch would need plenty of standout. A prominent shopfront, good illumination, digital presence, and strong signage were crucial.
We turned the challenge of the narrow shopfront into a positive – a chance to create a 24/7 sparkling jewel. There’s maximum shopfront use: daytime the clear window welcomes you into the comfortable, fresh, modern interior, and at night it turns into a pedestrian-stopping digital screen, theatrically showcasing Lloyds Bank.
The branch interior offers Lloyds’ consistent high levels of service amongst a carefully selected palette of brand-led fixtures and finishes. Tablets provide plenty of self-service opportunities, and the branch team uses them for one-to-one chats within a range of meeting areas. This delivers an easy, efficient banking experience to customers, and it’s an opportunity for Lloyds to display rich content and encourage deeper customer engagement.
We think Lloyds Bank Knightsbridge is a welcome addition to this high street with neighbours including uber luxury brands, savvy fast-fashion favourites, and the most famous department store in London – showcasing the brand’s expertise and 250-year heritage at its best.
