Customers looking for help and advice are able to sit down in comfortable private areas, while those needing to get the simple things done quickly can use the Cashpoints and the Immediate Deposit Machines. Those looking for the human touch when depositing their money can still visit the tills. Advisers in the branch will be equipped with iPads, to help those customers with queries about their Internet Banking and provide online hints and tips for customer convenience.
