David has worked with leading brands and retailers in more than 22 countries. With a firm understanding of how shoppers think, feel and behave, David leads his teams to invent and reinvigorate the customer experience, develop brand and retail strategy, communications, and the retail design environment.
He graduated from The Royal College of Art in London with a Masters Degree in 1990, and worked for a number of agencies including Conran Design and Retail Planning Associates before co-founding M Worldwide in 2001.
David also regularly contributes articles and commentary to the retail and marketing media.
