Hurrah! Our retail banking work with Lloyds Bank has won a 2017 DBA Design Effectiveness Award.

Why are we so excited? These awards are widely recognised as the ‘Oscars’ of design effectiveness – they are extremely rigorous, judged exclusively by brand owners, and recognise that the very best design work is accountable, delivering both creatively and commercially.

For Lloyds Bank branches to be relevant, its retail banking proposition had to evolve. A new site in Clapham Junction was the impetus for a hugely successful new customer experience and design concept. Lloyds Clapham Junction is now the benchmark for any new branch initiatives, whether physical or interactive.
